REQUIREMENTS
The applicant must prepare and submit A set of documents including:
a) Letter from applicant
b) Certification as a specialist in Gastroenterology (photocopy)
d) Letter of commitment CI - 2

Basic requirements for application for scholarships and places without scholarship:

Specialist certification in gastroenterology. May be considered gastric surgeons with training and practice in endoscopy. Submit copy of certificate of specialist. |

Certification of activity in the specialty practice granted by the institution where the applicant works. |

Record years of specialty practice granted by the institution where the applicant works.. |
|
Certification of age (over 45). Photocopy of identity card. |
|
Society of Gastroenterology and / or Endoscopy letter´s from country of origin. |
|
Letter from a Department of Gastroenterology and / or Digestive Endoscopy college, public or private.. |
|
Medical certificate attesting to good physical and mental health.. |
